How do I submit a a cancellation request for my VPS?

To submit a cancellation request for any VPS:
  1. Login to your billing panel
  2. "Services" > "My Services" > "View Details" > "Management Actions" > "Request Cancellation"

The VPS will be removed from your renewal invoice (if applicable) and the amount due will be updated.

However, there are two types of cancellation requests. Please check before you submit any cancellations:

  • "Immediate" - The VPS will be terminated IMMEDIATELY upon submission of the cancellation request. Any data will be wiped from the VPS and it is non-reversible.
  • "End of billing period" - The VPS will be terminated upon expiry. If you are submitting a cancellation request for your bandwidth upgrade, kindly use this option.
