- Yes, however it is limited to additional HDD space, bandwidth, IP addresses or cPanel if it applies.

| How long does it take for OneAsiaHost to process my application? |
- Service activation may take up to 24 hours; you will receive a welcome e-mail from us with the necessary info.

| What is the allowance given for account payment before suspension? |
- Automatic service suspensions are done 3 days after an invoice's due date.
- Service termination (data destruction) will be done 7 days after the invoice due date.

| Who do I contact for my billing concerns? |
