| Terms of Service |
| READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR ONEASIAHOST SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THESE SERVICES. SUBMISSION OF ANY ONLINE APPLICATION FORM VIA ONEASIAHOST WEB SITE AND YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AS SET FORTH HEREIN. WE RECOMMEND PRINTING A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR FILES. |
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Client”) and OneAsiaHost LLP, a Singapore based registered company, (“OneAsiaHost”) as of the date you order a virtual server plan (“Plan”) from OneAsiaHost.
OneAsiaHost is in the business of offering unmanaged VPS, dedicated server pursuant to virtual server plans. OneAsiaHost may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Agreement on its web site and the effective date of any such amendment will be the date on which the amended Agreement is so posted. Client agrees that it has read and understands this Agreement and acknowledges a duty to periodically check these terms and conditions. Without limiting the generality or effect of the foregoing, OneAsiaHost may also add, delete or modify some or all of its Services at any time and in its sole discretion.
By accepting this Agreement, Client agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Client as prompted in the account registration process. |
| Payment |
| Client shall pay all fees according to the prices and terms listed in this Agreement and Client's Service. The prices listed in Client’s Service at the date of this Agreement shall remain in effect during the invoiced term. OneAsiaHost may change the specifications and/or fees it charges Clients for Services upon providing thirty (30) days prior notice. |
| Renewal |
| Services are renewed automatically on monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Renewal invoice is sent 7 days before due. |
| Outstanding Accounts |
| OneAsiaHost may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon failure of Customer to pay charges when due. Services will be automatically suspended 3 days after invoice due date. Services will then be terminated (data destroyed) 7 days after invoice due date. |
| Account Termination |
| All requests for termination of service must be made through WHMCS only. |
| Refunds |
| All payments to OneAsiaHost are non-refundable. This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage. |
| Service Level Agreement |
OneAsiaHost guarantees service availability based on each service's individual Service Level Agreement. For services with no specific Service Level Agreement, the default 99.5% uptime guarantee will apply. Exceptions to all Service Level Agreements would include scheduled maintenances announced 24 hours in advance, Denial of Service attacks and downtime caused by Client.
All claims against our Service Level Agreement have to be made via a ticket in our billing panel with details of the downtime experienced within 7 days from the downtime. OneAsiaHost will credit 10% of your affected service's monthly fee into your WHMCS account for every ONE hour of downtime that exceeds the Service Level Agreement, up to a maximum of 100% of the affected service's monthly fee. |
| Data Backup |
| OneAsiaHost does not provide any form of backup for content stored on our servers. Client will need to perform backup on their own, at their own expense. In event of complete server failure, Client will be provided with a fresh service with no existing data. |
| Renewal |
| Services are renewed automatically on monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Renewal invoice is sent 7 days before due. |
| Acceptable Use Policy |
| Spamming |
| Spamming is strictly prohibited; any client found doing so will have their services immediately terminated. OneAsiaHost reserves the right in determining the validity of a spamming complaint. |
| Content |
Prohibited Content in OneAsiaHost:
- Adult/pornographic content. OneAsiaHost is a Singapore company and local law prohibits such content.
- Virus, Worm, Trojan Horse or any other form of destructive content.
- Copyrighted content, Client will be allowed 24 hours to respond to the complaint, failing which the service may be suspended until further communication. Repeated copyright complaints will result in termination of the service.

| Access |
| Prohibited from unauthorized access of other computers or networks as well as any activity that might be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration. (port scan, stealth scan or other information gathering). |
| Resource Abuse |
| Any abuse of resources, intentional or not, may result in your account being suspended or terminated. |
| Denial of Service |
| Client that executes or suffers from Denial of Service or other attacks may be suspended or terminated. |
| IRC Networks |
| Only IRC Clients are allowed. |
| TOR |
| All forms of TOR nodes are strictly prohibited on our services. |
| Bittorrent |
| Bittorrent is strictly prohibited on our services. |
| Other Activities |
| Engaging in activities whether lawful or unlawful that One Asia host determines to be harmful to its subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill or customer relations. |
